By the grace of Hashem,

To the participants of Gan Yisrael*,
May Hashem grant you long life,
I greet you and bless you,
May the opening of Gan Yisrael*(1) and the entirety of the time you spend there be met with great success in every respect, all the more so since this year is that of Hakhel*, "gather together the men, the women, and the children"(2). It is therefore auspicious for one to listen, to learn, and to hold fast to the ways of the Torah* and its commandments. This applies especially to you — the counselors — for upon you rests the responsibility of transmitting this spirit to those in your charge, in addition to your own personal service of Hashem.
With blessings for a joyful and uplifting summer, in the spirit of Torah* and Mitzvot*,

תהא פתיחת "גן ישראל" וכל משך שהותם בו בהצלחה בכל, ובפרט שהשנה שנת הקהל האנשים והנשים והטף ומסוגלת שישמעו וילמדו ויעשו כל דברי התורה, וארבעים שנה לגאולת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, שאז הוי' נותן לב ועינים ואזנים להיות קאים אדעתי' דרבי' ולהיות תלמידיו באמת ובטו"ל.
