In accordance with custom(1), the majority opinion(2) shall be adopted, without(3) imposing a constraint on the minority, leaving it free to choose(4).

לפי סדר הלימוד במשך השנים, המסכתא שלמדו בשנת תשכ"ח היתה כתובות, והיו איזה ראשי ישיבות שרצו לשנות וללמוד מסכתא אחרת.
