Either(1) in Menachem Av*(2)(3), between the 11th and the 15th(4), or in Elul*, during the entire month(5).

(2) This is the reply to someone who asked the Rebbe whether he could set his wedding in Menachem Av*, being prevented from marrying at an earlier date(3).
(3) The fifth month of the Hebrew calendar, which includes the mourning period of the Nine Days leading up to the 9th of Av*.
(4) Between the 11th and the 15th of Menachem Av* — after the conclusion of the mourning period.
(5) During the entire month of Elul*.

נדפסה בלקו"ש חכ"ד ע' 462, והוא מענה לא' שרצה לקבוע זמן החתונה בחודש מנ"א, שמסיבות לא יכלו לקבוע בחדשים תמוז ואלול.
