Without a doubt(1), you will spread out across the entire city(2) — meaning that you will go to the Yeshivot*, to the synagogues, to the heads of Yeshivot* and to the Rabbanim*, in order to speak with them about the revealed part of the Torah* and about Chassidus*, so that each one will add something in matters of spreading the Torah* in general and Chassidus* in particular.
Notes
(1) This letter is addressed to a group of young men — students or emissaries — about to embark on an outreach mission in a city.
(2) Spreading out throughout the city to reach all the Jewish communities and institutions.
(3) The revealed part of the Torah* — the halachic and exoteric dimension, as distinct from the inner, Chassidic dimension.

בודאי יתפשטו בכל העיר כולה (היינו ביקור בהישיבות, ביהכנ"ס ואצל הר"י והרבנים - ע"מ לדבר בנגלה ובמקום המתאים גם
בחסידות, בנוגע למבצע תפילין ובעניני אלול), וכאו"א מהם ישתתף בהנ"ל בפו"מ בענין אחד עכ"פ ומה טוב - בכמה . וה' יצליחם ויבש"ט בכ"ז.
