By the grace of Hashem,
At the conclusion of the holy Shabbat* 18 Elul 5727,
Brooklyn, New York,
To the members of the women's committee for newlyweds of
Montreal, Canada, may Hashem grant you long life,
I bless and greet you,
I hope that your activities during the period that has just passed have been in keeping with your expectations, commensurate with their great importance. May Hashem grant that they continually increase, in accordance with the Injunction[1] that: "One ascends[2] in holiness." And you will resolve to strengthen and develop your program. In this way, your success will be even broader.
Furthermore, we are in the days of Elul*, auspicious days that prepare the new year, which is drawing near for us and for all of Israel, for good. The quality of these days was defined by the Admur Hazaken*[3] through the parable of the "King in the field." When He ventures there, whoever wishes may join Him. And the King receives each person with satisfaction and joy.
The merit of your accomplishment will surely protect all the participants and bring each of you increased blessings from Hashem in all your needs. With my blessing that you be inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year,
