Commerce[1] is an activity[2] about which you have not the slightest*[3] idea, which you have never practiced. Now, it is a domain in which one can conceal many elements without even realizing one has done so. If you enter into all of this, you will have to rely totally*[3] on your partner, without having the slightest possibility of oversight. One can therefore genuinely ask whether all of this is justified — unless a specialist enters into this matter with you, someone who will be familiar with the subject and who could under no circumstances be suspected, etc., etc.*[3]

All of this is very difficult to find. It therefore does not seem to me that one should commit to any of this.

המסחר - עסק שאין לו כל ידיעה בו כלל , ומעולם לא עסק בו וכו', און ס'איז א גרויסער ראד שאפשר להעלים בו כו"כ ולא ידע אפילו שהעלימו מה -

הרי אם יכנס לזה - סומך לגמרי על השותף מבלי כל אפשריות צו קאנטראלירען עם.

וצע"ג אם יש מקום לזה.

- לבד באם מצדו יכנס ג"כ מומחה, וגם הוא המומחה שלו יהי' בעובי הקורה ולא יהי' מקום לחשדו וכו' וכו' -

שכ"ז רחוק מן המציאות למצוא. ולכן אין נראה לי הענין.
