Regarding[1] the text of the epitaph[2], you should choose a text that will not differ greatly from those on the other tombstones in the same cemetery[3].
Enclosed herewith[4] is what follows from your telegram requesting an intervention for the benefit of that soul. A number of booklets[5] have also already been sent to you, under separate cover.
