Yet[1]:

1) The army of the enemies stands on all the borders and they are ready...[2], Heaven forbid. Only fear holds them back, and you should understand what I mean.

2) The danger of "it is from the north that it will begin"[3], Heaven forbid, is much greater than it was previously. Yet, there is no reason to frighten the children of Israel — may Hashem grant them long days and good years. On the contrary, it is fitting to support and encourage them and...

אבל

1) צבא השונאים עומדים על גבולם מכל הרוחות הכן כו' היל"ת, ורק היראה מעכבת, וד"ל.

2) הסכנה דמצפון תפתח גו' ר"ל – גדלה יותר מאז ובהרבה, אלא שאינו ענין להפחיד את בנ"י שליט"א – כ"א לעוררם ולעודדם אשר הכל תלוי בתשובה ומעש"ט שביד כאו"א – ובפרט מצוה המטלת יראה ופחד וכו'.

– [הקושיא מעיקרא תמוה

1) לכאורה צ"ל הקושיא באה מאלו שיגעו וביותר במבצע תפילין בעת המלחמה ובמילא שאלתם – האפשר עתה לנוח קצת בזה, ובאה דוקא מאלו שאז לא פעלו מאומה בזה ולא בשאר התרי"ג מצוות.

2) ומבואר שברכת ה' (ופס"ד ב"ד שלמעלה) באה על יסוד המעש"ט שעתידים לעשות ולא רק מפני המעש"ט שבעבר. ובנ"י המאמינים – מאמינים ג"כ שהנהגת או"ה למטה תלוי' בהנהגת השר שלהם למעלה והוא העיקר ובזה נוגע פס"ד שלמעלה ופועל]

ובנדו"ד שההצלחה בזה הלהיבה עוד יותר את יורשי כת אביגדור וכת דילי' להפצת כו' – לעומת זה דהפצת מעינות דתורת דא"ח. וד"ל.
