I am replying to your letter of 26 Tevet* regarding the match being proposed to you. No doubt you and the young woman have both decided to build your home in Israel on the foundation of Torah* and Mitzvot*, in your daily life. You will add a name to the young woman,[1] at least thirty days before the engagement.[2] May Hashem make this a good and fruitful moment, and may you build a Jewish home that is an eternal edifice.
It would be good to have your Tefillin* checked to ensure their compliance with Halacha*. You surely observe the three daily studies that apply to everyone, on the Chumash*, Tehillim*, and Tanya*. You will continue to do so in the future. With my blessing,
