I greet and bless you,

I am replying to your letter referring to your engagement. The verse[1] states clearly: "A woman who fears Hashem, she shall be praised" — which means that the foremost condition[2] in this matter, the essential point, must be the practice of Torah* and Mitzvot* by the young woman in her daily life and her fear of Hashem.[3]

It would be good to have your Tefillin* checked to ensure their compliance with Halacha*. You are surely aware of the practice of reciting Tehillim* according to their monthly division each day after the morning prayer, and you have surely adopted it. With my blessing,

מקרא מלא דיבר הכתוב: אשה יראת ה' היא תתהלל ז.א. שתנאי הראשון בזה והעקרי צ"ל שהמדוברת שומרת תומ"צ בחיי היום יום, יראה שמים וכו'.

מהנכון לבדוק התפילין שלו שתהיינה כשרות כדין.

ובטח יודע ושומר על התקנה לאמר השיעור תהלים חדשי – כפי שנחלק התהלים לימי החודש – בכל יום לאחר תפלת הבוקר.
