To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself
to communal needs, of many accomplishments,
Rav Tzvi Weinman,

I greet and bless you,

I am following up on our conversation when you were here, and on the remarks of the great Rav and Chassid*, Rav H. M. A. Hadakov[1], concerning the letter you addressed to him regarding Rav Dr. Y. H.[2]. It seems to me I told you during our conversation that he does not always give notice that he has complied with a request[3]. You should therefore not await a reply from here specifying whether the request was granted, as was the case the previous time. In any event, you bear no responsibility by addressing yourself to him and requesting an interview.

Everything is by divine Providence, and your letter reaches me close to the days of liberation[4], the 12th and 13th of Tammuz*. I am therefore enclosing something that was printed on the occasion of these dates[5]. I convey to you my blessing on the occasion of the festival of liberation — the personal redemption of each of us, including regarding the personal concerns we discussed. Then, from the individual to the community, will come the true and complete redemption of all Israel, by our righteous Moshiach*, very soon.

בהמשך למה שנדבר בהיותו כאן ומה שהעירני הרה"ג והרה"ח וכו' הרחמ"א שי' חדקוב במכתב כת"ר אליו בנידון הרב ד"ר י.ה. שי',

כמדומה שאמרתי לכ' בעת שיחתנו שלא תמיד נוהג הנ"ל להודיע מקיום הבקשה וכולי. ולכן לא יחכה כ' להודעה מכאן הנתקבלה תשובה וכו'. וכמו שהי' בפעם הקודמת, הרי בכל אופן אין אחריות שיפנה כ' להנ"ל ויבקש ראיון אתו וכולי.

כיון שהכל בהשגחה פרטית ונתקבל מכתבו בסמיכות לימי הגאולה יב-יג תמוז, אצרף בזה משהו שנדפס בקשר עם ימים אלו.

בברכת חג הגאולה, גאולה הפרטית של כל או"א מאתנו, כולל גם ענינים הפרטיים אודותם שוחחנו, ומהפרט להכלל – גאולת כלל ישראל האמתית והשלימה על ידי משיח צדקנו בקרוב ממש.
