By the grace of Hashem,

To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem, dedicates himself to communal needs, and accumulates multiple actions for the Torah* and Mitzvot*, Rav* Aharon(1),

I greet and bless you,

I have duly received your letter, in which you request a blessing. It is dated on the luminous and auspicious day, the festival of the liberation of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*(2), whose merit will protect us. At an opportune moment, it will be read near his holy resting place.

With my respect and blessing, and in thanking you for informing me of your gathering on the day of my father-in-law the Rebbe's liberation, since it is certain that then: "those who fear Hashem spoke with one another. Hashem listened and heard"(3),
