By the grace of Hashem,

To those completing their studies at the Beth Rivka* teachers' seminary(1),
may Hashem grant you long life,

I bless and greet you,

I received with pleasure the good news of the conclusion of your training. You have merited obtaining the teaching diploma(2). Undoubtedly, after years of study at the Beth Rivka* teachers' seminary, which was founded by my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, you understand the great merit and, at the same time, the immense responsibility accorded to you as teachers.

More precisely, teachers do not have the sole task of imparting knowledge and wisdom to their students and those they educate. Above all, they must show them the path of life — throughout their studies and education, which will be the foundation of their way in life when they grow up and become independent. This is the true purpose and central point of education worthy of the name, of preparation for a life worthy of the name — that is, an existence based on the teaching of our Torah*, a Torah* of life.

Our Sages explain(3) that before entrusting a mission to a person, one first grants them the means, the possibilities, and the strengths needed to carry it out fully and completely. If this is so in every institution based on sacred values, how much more so in this one, which was founded by my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, the leader of Israel who, throughout his life in this world, gave of himself entirely for the Torah*-based education of the sons and daughters of Israel. At present, he continues to invoke great mercy for the success of all those who decide to take upon themselves the general mission entrusted to every Jewish man and woman in this world — that of serving their Creator(4) — as well as the enviable role assigned to Jewish educators: that of shaping the younger generation.

May Hashem grant that you fulfill all of this with the appropriate dedication and devotion, with joy and enthusiasm. Hashem will grant you success in this matter, and His blessing will accompany you in all that you do. With my blessing for success in all that has been said, and to give me good news,

בנועם קבלתי הבשורה טובה שמסיימות חוק לימודיהן וזכו והצליחו שתינתן להן תעודת מורה.

ובודאי לאחרי שנות לימודן בבית המדרש למורות "בית רבקה" מיסודו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, מבינות גודל הזכות וביחד עם זה גודל האחריות שניתנו להן להיות מורות בישראל –

יותר נכון לא רק מורות להקנות הידיעה והחכמה לתלמידים ומחונכים, כי אם ועיקר – להורות להם דרכם בחיים בשנות הלימוד והחינוך שלהם שישמש יסוד לדרכם בחיים כשיגדלו ויעמדו ברשות עצמם, שזוהי הכוונה האמתית והנקודה המרכזית של חינוך ראוי לשמו – הכנה לחיים ראויים לשמם, זאת אומרת חיים על פי הוראת תורתנו תורת חיים.

ומבואר בדברי חכמינו ז"ל אשר ביחד עם התפקיד הניתן לאדם מקדימים לתת לו היכולת והאפשריות והכוחות שיוכל למלא תפקידו במילואו ובשלימותו.

ואם בכל מוסד על טהרת הקדש הדברים אמורים, על אחת כמה וכמה מוסד מיסודו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל, אשר במשך חיים חיתו בעולמנו זה מסר נפשו על החינוך בטהרת הקדש של בני ובנות ישראל, מסירת נפש בפועל, ומעורר גם עתה רחמים רבים בעד הצלחת כל אלו המחליטים למלאות התפקיד הכללי של איש ואשה בישראל בעולם, שהוא לשמש את קונם, ותפקיד אנשי סגולה שזכו להיות מחנכים בישראל, חינוך דור הצעיר.

ויהי רצון שתעשינה בכל האמור מתוך מסירה ונתינה המתאימות ומתוך שמחה וטוב לבב, וה' יצליחן בזה, וברכת ה' תלוה אותן בכל עניניהן.

בברכת הצלחה בכל האמור ולבשורות טובות,
