To the leaders of the association of communities of Yugoslavia, may Hashem grant you long life,
I greet you and bless you,
On the occasion of the new year that arrives for us and for all of Israel, for good and for blessing, I convey herewith my wishes to all your members and all the inhabitants — themselves and all those close to them — for a good and blessed year, a year in which the horn of the Torah, Torah of life, teaching for life[1], and the practice of Mitzvot*, of which it is said: "One shall live by them"[2], will be raised on a daily basis.
Indeed, our brothers, the children of Israel, are known for their faithfulness to the Tradition of their ancestors, for many generations. I send you my blessing to be inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year.
My secretariat has surely acknowledged receipt of your album from the year 1965-1967. Likewise, books must have been sent to you from here, according to my instructions.

לקראת השנה החדשה, הבאה עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה ולברכה, הנני בזה להביע ברכתי לכל החברים והתושבים, הם ובני ביתם שיחיו, לשנה טובה ומבורכה, שנת הרמת קרן התורה, תורת חיים – הוראה בחיים, וקיום המצוות – עליהן נאמר וחי בהם, בחיי היום-יום.
והרי אחינו בני ישראל ידועים בנאמנותם למסורת אבותיהם מכמה דורות.
בברכת כתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.
בטח קבלו אישור מהמזכירות מקבלת ספר השנה שלהם (1965-1967), וכן הספרים שנשלחו להם מכאן על פי הוראתי.
