שלא יירא הדיין בדין מאדם רע, שנאמר "לֹא תָגוּרוּ מִפְּנֵי אִישׁ" (דברים א, יז).
For a judge not to fear rendering [a just] judgment because of a wicked man, as [Deuteronomy 1:17] states: "Do not fear anyone."
