שלא לענוש בשבת, שנאמר "לא תבערו אש, בכול מושבותיכם" (שמות לה,ג).
[For a court] not to inflict punishment on the Sabbath, as [Exodus 35:3] states: "Do not kindle a fire on the Sabbath day."
