שלא לענוש האנוס, שנאמר "וְלַנַּעֲרָה לֹא תַעֲשֶׂה דָּבָר" (דברים כב, כו).
Not to punish a person forced [to commit a sin], as [Deuteronomy 22:26] states: "Do not do anything to the maiden."
